What does the before-and-after process involve?
On the headlight before-and-afters above, the lens on the left is the original oxidized, yellow surface. The work is: strip the failed UV layer, cut back the oxidation, refine the plastic, then seal it with a fresh clear coat. The right-hand side is the same lens after that process — same housing, restored surface.
Will my cloudy headlights look new again?
When the cloudiness is surface oxidation — yellow, hazy, chalky on the outside — restoration brings the clarity back, which is what the photos above show on real customer cars. If there's fog or moisture inside the lens, that's a cracked housing or failed seal and restoration won't fix it. Send a couple of photos and we'll tell you honestly which one you have before quoting.
How long does headlight restoration last?
The clear-coat seal is what determines longevity. A garage-kept car holds clarity longer; a car parked in the Oceanside sun every day will need it sooner. We won't quote a guaranteed number, but a properly sealed lens holds far longer than a store-bought kit.
